WELCOME TO MANDAGLO’S BRIDAL MAKEUP EXPERIENCE

My journey in beauty started at the MAC counter in 2010, where I first learned the Art of Transformation and Connection, and how powerful it is to help someone feel truly seen. After MAC, I managed Laura Mercier, the brand behind “The Flawless Face,” where I deepened my understanding of skin-first, timeless beauty. At the same time, I made the decision to go back to school and earn my masters cosmetology license. I wanted to be fully licensed and educated in every area of beauty,  not just for credibility, but because I believe in mastering my craft. In 2016, I graduated, on the very same day I opened Bluemercury’s location in downtown Savannah as the General Manager. 

There I trained teams and guided clients through nearly every luxury beauty brand under the sun, helping each person discover what truly worked for their skin, their style, and their lifestyle.

When MANDAGLO was born, in 2022, I was honored to be referred to CBS/Paramount, creating camera-ready looks for live television and on-air talent. It was fast-paced, high-definition, and left no room for error. I even took photography courses myself to better understand how makeup reads through a lens, because in this work, every detail matters. Since then, I’ve had the joy of doing makeup for brides and bridal parties photographed by some of the most respected names in the industry, including Corbin Gurkin, recently named one of The Wed’s Top 40 Wedding Photographers in the World.  Being trusted to prep the faces in front of such well trained lenses has only sharpened my own attention to detail. And yes! I basically bring a whole store with me when I show up.

Not the flowers. Not even the dress. You’ll see your face. That moment deserves to be cared for with love, intention, and an expert hand that knows what truly lasts. I don’t take it lightly when someone trusts me with their face,  especially on their most photographed day.

What About Hair?
Yes, I’m a licensed cosmetologist and fully trained in hairstyling, but makeup is my specialty. It’s where I’ve spent the last 16+ years refining my craft, and what I do every single day. When it comes to hair, I believe in bringing in the experts, stylists who live and breathe bridal hair, and create magic with texture, braids, pins, and waves all day long. That’s why I only refer artists I trust, whose work matches the level of detail and care I bring to the makeup chair. Because you deserve a team of true experts, artists who know their craft, stay in their lane, and show up to do what they do best. That’s when the magic really happens.
